Friends and associates of Amas Musical Theatre are gathering to celebrate our 56th year of producing and developing musicals with a Reunion Concert of Lone Star Love, featuring an outstanding cast of 23 with the one and only Red Clay Ramblers, directed by four-time Tony-nominee Randy Skinner. And it’s all for a great cause! Proceeds from the evening go toward helping Amas to continue to develop new musicals and conduct vital education programs.
Lone Star Love was last seen in New York 20 years ago!
“THE RED CLAY RAMBLERS ARE A PLEASURE TO HEAR!
A tangy, melodious country-and-blues score!”
- Charles Isherwood, The New York Times
“ENOUGH SOUTHERN CHARM to seduce even the most jaded New Yorker. With a rousing, foot-stomping finish, New York sophisticates may just leave the theater two-stepping in their Jimmy Choos"
- Frank Scheck, The New York Post
“THE WONDERFUL RED CLAY RAMBLERS’ COUNTRY-FLAVORED SCORE is consistently tuneful and fun! The large ensemble does a terrific job, and their delight is infectious!”
- Associated Press
